Program Details
The Sports Broadcasting Certificate prepares students for entry-level positions in radio, television, internet or cable television sports broadcasting. Students learn how to do play-by-play, color reporting, cover games by remote broadcasts on KBPK and on audio and internet streams. The Sports Broadcasting Certificate requires a total of 19 units of which 16 units are in required courses. An additional 3 units must be chosen from the restricted units listed below. A minimum grade of "C" is required in each course taken.
