The Radio Broadcast News Certificate provides the background and skills needed for an entry-level position as a reporter, broadcaster and producer in the Radio Broadcast News industry. Upon completion of this certificate program a student will be prepared for an entry-level position as a reporter, broadcaster and producer in the Radio Broadcast News industry. This certificate requires the completion of 18 units of which 15 are in required courses. An additional 3 units must be chosen from restricted electives. A minimum grade of "C" is required in each course taken. Required Courses: (15 units), Restricted Electives: (3 units).
