Program Details
The Construction Inspection Certificate is designed to prepare students to become building inspectors, construction inspectors, public works and facility inspectors or similar occupations. Construction and building inspectors ensure that new construction, changes, or repairs comply with local and national building codes and ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications. This certificate requires a total of 28-30 units. A minimum grade of C is required in each course taken. At least one half of the units toward the certificate must be completed at Fullerton College.
