Associate in Science
Program Details
The Astronomy Associate in Science Degree prepares students to transfer to CSU/UC and obtain a baccalaureate degree in the following majors: astronomy, astrophysics, or physics. This degree may also support admission to research internships and attempts to gain entry-level employment within the field, such as observatory and planetarium operations. This degree requires 20-21 units in the major, in addition to other graduation requirements.
